The clothes are of nice quality. When I reached out on Instagram for details about sizing and availability, they promptly guided me on the trouser size and offered solid advice. I received two items in different sizes, but they let me know that one of them ran larger than the other, and they were spot on! I'm pleased with the apparel and its quality.

Hey there, I wanted to touch base about an order I placed on your website. I wasn't made aware that I'd have to cough up 24 euros in customs fees. When the package showed up at my doorstep, I turned it down because of that charge. I'd really appreciate a refund for the total of 70 pounds I spent on this order.

My order arrived differently than expected, but I reckon it was on DPD, not Cooba themselves. They refunded my delivery and sent the item through another service, and I eventually got my order. The email team was quick to respond and handled my issue like pros.
